The holiday season is in full effect and it’s time to start (or finish up) your online shopping! I’ve gathered 4 of my must have entertaining books to grab for yourself and for a bestie this Christmas. Two of the books showcase party spreads, recipes and DIY elements while the other 2 focus only on delicious food. I reference all of these books often, with Entertain in Style being my newest addition to my growing book and cookbook collection. Shop my must have entertaining books below simply by clicking the link below each image and book description.

I’ve been online friends and a big supporter of the girl who created this book. We started blogging around the same time and she’s been so supportive of my blogging business; she’s the real deal y’all. When I got my copy of this book I was blown away. I knew it would be good because I know the type of work Pizazzerie showcases but I truly was floored when I looked through the pages. The entertaining tips, party decor, simple DIY ideas, recipes and photography are phenomenal. Run over and get a copy for yourself and all your best gals.

We all know the talented Valerie Bertinelli and I’m sure many of you follow her Food Network show. I was recently sent a copy of her latest book Valerie’s Home Cooking and it’s a good one, guys! It has over 100 recipes covering everything from cocktails to side dishes to dessert for your favorites to enjoy. I love how she shares her personal family stories behind each recipe in the book too! There are several recipes in here I’m eager to try including her slow cooker sloppy Joes.

I bought this book when it was released a few years back and love it, like really love it! When I’m stumped on party inspiration I look at this book for ideas and unique spins on traditional party themes. Tori truly knows how to host a party and style a table. This book is crazy affordable now at only $5 plus shipping. I’m shocked this book is so low in price because for me it’s value has held strong. You don’t have to be a Tori fan to appreciate this book, but truth zone we loved her reality tv show.

My most favorite chocolate cake recipe come from Back in the Day Bakery. This double chocolate chip cake, which calls for hot coffee to melt the chocolate chips, is worth getting the book alone! You’ll be blown away by all the sweet recipes and I’m sure you’ll gain a baking pointer or two from these bakery owners and pros. Now I want to open the book and try a recipe I haven’t tried yet!
