Deep in the hundred acre wood, where Christoper Robin played… When my oldest son was about 1 years old I learned the entire Winne the Pooh song in a day. Yes, he watched it every single day and let us know he needed a stuffed Pooh to carry around. We bought a small one that was too small and then a large one that was a bit too large for his size, so we covered our bases, ha! His favorite movie had the Baxon in it; made up by Owl of course. Does anyone remember that one and the catchy song? My youngest is the newest fan of all things Pooh and it’s sych a joy to watch. They both love the Pooh ride at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and it’s become a tradition to ride it each time we visit the park. Needless to say, The Hundred Acre Wood, Pooh, and all his friends have a very special place in our hearts. There is something so powerful in letting your imagination run and Christopher Robin taught us just that. Imagine the sweet joy we all felt when the Christopher Robin film was announced! I think we said awe in unison. Last week while hanging at Disney Springs we even caught some of the new plush characters inspired by the upcoming movie.
The Christopher Robin film debuts August 3rd, which is SO close! We plan to go opening week with the kids, but they don’t know our plans to bring them so sshh. The beloved A.A. Milne characters are back for us to all enjoy yet again! Watch the sneak peak trailer below.
